Billing implementations take a few months, due to the significant scope of billing configurations and user acceptance testing.

Support

Our comprehensive Knowledge Base is your first stop for finding answers to common questions and issues. It’s regularly updated with articles, troubleshooting guides, and best practices to help you resolve issues quickly on your own. You can also find the latest release notes.

After implementation, customers can access our Learning Center that features online training videos. These on-demand videos allow you to learn at your own pace. Plus, they are excellent tools to train or onboard new employees on Zone products. If organization-specific training is requested, please contact your dedicated account manager or contact support.

Our 24/5 support means that our support team is available 24 hours a day, five days a week. We provide continuous support from Monday through Friday, ensuring your business receives assistance whenever needed during the workweek. You can access after-hours support the same way you would during regular business hours. Our team is always on standby to ensure business continuity.
