ZoneBilling integrates to Salesforce through iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) providers like Workato and Celigo. These tools work together so you can build any integration needed.
For example, some customers use a Workato recipe to sync closed-won opportunities into ZoneBilling within your NetSuite account. Others use a Celigo template to bring over the Salesforce Opportunity, Salesforce Order, and/or Salesforce Contract into ZoneBilling within the NetSuite account.

While the integration itself is quick, some customers may wish to take the opportunity to set up Salesforce RCA for the first time, or reconfigure CPQ, in which case the total integration timeline would be extended.

For billing purposes, ZoneBilling ingests information from Salesforce like contract start/end date, customer name, address, bill-to, amount and items on the subscription.
For sales purposes, we recommend the ZoneBilling invoice in NetSuite can be shared back to Salesforce so sales can see the customer invoice and the state of the account (such as payment status).
