Thomas Kim is the Chief Executive Officer at Zone & Co and leads the company’s vision, strategy, and execution. Before joining Zone in 2023, Thomas was the CEO of Enfusion, a global leader of cloud-based investment management software, where he was responsible for growth globally that led to its public listing on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE:ENFN). He also served as Chief Executive Officer of Tassat, a blockchain based real-time payments provider that is responsible for over $1.8T in secure instantaneous transactions. Thomas served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Investment Engine Group at Bridgewater Associates, the world's largest hedge fund, where he led various initiatives to improve the firm's investment processes and systems. Thomas was also the Chief Executive Officer of UNX Companies, an institutional agency broker dealer and held leadership positions across Lehman Brothers, Macgregor and Merrin Financial.

Thomas earned his bachelor's degree from American University. He is passionate about driving innovation and transformation and is a frequent speaker and writer on topics such as cloud computing, data security, and fintech trends.

Chad Wonderling is the Chief Financial Officer at Zone & Co and is responsible for all of the company's financial functions including accounting, tax, treasury, financial planning, analysis, and operations. Before Zone, he spent nearly six years at Salesloft serving in multiple finance leadership roles, but most notably as the Chief Accounting Officer. At Salesloft he helped lead four acquisitions, raise over $300 million in debt and equity financing, and played an integral role in the sale of Salesloft to Vista Equity Partners for $2.3 billion. Chad began his career at KPMG before transitioning to high-growth startups where he’s spent the last 15 years of his career. He and his wife, along with their two young boys, reside in Atlanta, GA.

Hylke Sluis is the Chief Technology Officer at Zone & Co and leads the organization’s technological vision and strategy. Prior to becoming CTO, he co-founded and led Fast Four as the CEO for 10 years, growing the SuiteApps development company to 800 customers with operations across the world before its acquisition by Zone. Hylke enjoys skiing, cycling extended journeys on his racing bike, and baking homemade pizza.

Joseph Vayalattu is the Chief Experience Officer at Zone, leading our Professional Services and Customer Success teams and overall customer experience strategy. He brings more than ten years of experience in operational leadership roles within hyper-growth FinTech SaaS companies, most recently serving as Managing Director, Global Head of Client Services at Enfusion. Prior to this, he held the positions of Derivatives Analyst at J.P. Morgan and as an engineer designing electrical power systems. He has a passion for operational excellence and setting teams up for sustainable growth.

Jessica Garrett is the Chief Marketing Officer at Zone & Co and leads our global marketing team and strategy. Before becoming Zone’s first CMO in 2024, she was most recently CMO at Cloud Academy and held multiple head of marketing roles at growth-stage technology companies in highly competitive markets. She brings a full-stack skillset and player-coach approach to Zone, a combination that’s led her to win multiple industry awards and drive significant revenue gains throughout her career. A proud girl mom, Jessica is a US military veteran and current Head of the Atlanta Chapter of Pavilion, the premier community for B2B GTM leaders.

Rich Slater is the VP of People Strategy at Zone & Co and oversees all facets of HR and people operations in 18 countries. He brings over 25 years of experience to Zone, most recently having served as Chief People Officer at an HR consultancy and Chief Human Resources Officer at Becklar, a global technology firm. Certified MHR, SHRM-CSP, and SPHR, Rich is fluent in Spanish, enjoys outdoor activities, and loves spending time with his family.
