MyPay removes the emails, spreadsheets and headaches from managing leave entitlement, expenses, timesheets, employee and payroll details. With MyPay, your team can process leave requests and accruals; enter and interpret time based on your specific business rules; streamline expense entry using OCR for receipt capture; and manage their personal details and pay slips, easily and securely, from any device.

MyPay’s configuration is driven by your ERP (e.g. NetSuite) and all data is live, meaning you can empower employees and drastically reduce administration while ensuring your ERP system remains your single source of truth.

Users can simply email, upload or drag & drop images of receipts to begin an expense claim. As a standard, MyPay includes OCR technology to greatly reduce manual entry and improve accuracy. Categories, tax codes, currencies and GL postings are driven by your ERP system.

With real-time leave balance forecasting and access from any device, this is the leave management your employees expect. For approvers, click-through team hierarchies and calendars, plus contextual information like public holidays make it easy to manage schedules.

Let employees manage their personal data – including emergency contact details, addresses and preferred bank account details for payroll. Further, MyPay provides a secure platform to access payroll documents including payslips.

Zone Employee Portal is a separate platform that automatically syncs with NetSuite. Within Zone Employee Portal, staff can manage leave, timesheets, expenses and employee and payroll details faster than ever. Any information documented within Zone Employee Portal is fed automatically to NetSuite to streamline finance and HR operations.

Zone Employee Portal allows staff to update addresses and preferred bank account details for payroll. With the addition of ZonePayroll, your existing configurations for employee records, in relation to Netsuite, are automatically applied and you can publish payslips for employees to view and download.

With a Zone Employee Portal subscription, you gain access to features for expense management, time and allowance tracking and personal details—or you can purchase individual features as needed. To access payroll capabilities, a subscription to ZonePayroll is also required.
